There are as many reasons to volunteer as there are people who do. Everyone has a different motivation, but no matter what that motivation may be, a decision to volunteer benefits everyone involved. At Drake Well, there are once-a-week and once-in-a-while volunteer opportunities available. You can choose what’s best for you and your time schedule. The following list is a small sampling of the endless possibilities a volunteer can have at the museum:

Beginning in May, Drake Well Museum is bustling with school tours from around the area. If you are interested in becoming a tour guide and working with youth from kindergarten – twelfth grade, call Dan Weaver the museum’s education coordinator at (814) 827-2799 Ext. 105.
